International Shipping

Decorative Decor can ship most products internationally, contact us for a shipping quote. Any local import duties and taxes will need to be paid by the customer.
Decorative Decor aims to post same day or next day using Australia Post for small to medium items and courier for large bulky items. Products will not be posted until payment is received in full.

If you need to return an item please notify us as soon as possible at admin@decorativedecor.com.au or fill out the 'Contact Us' form on the website. Returns must be sent within 14 days of receiving goods. All items must be returned in their original conditions with all packaging. If returning for change of mind, the customer will pay return postage and only the product cost will be refunded (not postage). If returning a product for damages or fault please contact us and we will arrange a replacement or full refund. We may require pictures of any damages of product, refunds will be issued when the product has arrived and is checked by staff.
